easy-forex Client security
When depositing funds with easy-forex, the trader's deposits are received in the company's fiduciary segregated client bank accounts. In order to provide liquidity, the trader's funds at easy-forex are off the balance sheet and hence cannot be used to pay back creditors in the unlikely event of default of the Company.
easy-forex continually identifies, assesses, monitors and controls each type of risk associated with its operations. More specifically, when managing risks, the responsibilities of Senior Management are as follows:
- Assess on a continuous basis the effectiveness of the policies, arrangements and procedures in place;
- Decide on the Company’s risk bearing capability and strategy;
- Review the Risk Assessment Report carried out by the Risk Management Department and take appropriate action where necessary; and
- Ensure that the Company has the ability to cover its financial needs and capital requirement at any time
